i have this book. have just listed it on ebay and its got the 1st pic (the white cover).....

any idea of the year and what print?

i have seen various references to the 2nd and 3rd pic, saying they are 1st and 2nd/3rd print respectively.... but what would that make the 1st pic? imo, it looks older than the other two pics.....

any help would be most gratefully appreciated, so that i can update my auction details!!!
