Two point of interest. The copyright states 1975 while the artwork reports 1977. Even more significant is what has been marked-out. The first portion reads "Condensed Combat Summary Sheet" and the second "Distributed Exclusively by TSR Hobbies Inc," suggesting this was a TSR-Distributed item at one point, or that TSR distribution was in the works before the relationship went sour. Presumably, a TSR-distributed copy would have the Condensed Combat Summary Sheet.

A version of this supplement has appeared on ebay which has the "Condensed Combat Summary Sheet" and "Distributed Exclusively by TSR Hobbies Inc" completely removed; probably a later print.
