Musings:

There is very little in the way of distinguishable markings regarding copyright, TSR, dates, credits, etc. This broadsheet has a very home-brew feel to it. It seems like the local news that used to be housed in the Players Association News newsletter has moved to the Broadsheet while all of the more general RPG material went onto the Imagine slick.
