To tell the truth, there's no real story behind. It was back in 2000 or 2001, I wanted to look at ebay, and it asked me a pseudo. I don't remember what I was looking for, but it was probably RPG related. "Otto's irresistible dance" was too long, so I ended with TheShield. Well, TheShield2000, because TheShield was already taken and TheShield2000 was the first one proposed automatically by ebay. I didn't know I would still be using it 5 years later, else maybe I would have chosen something a bit more exotic...
