Ok, wanted to give you a free shot before posting it over at the Acaeum. This is B2, but in the shrinkwrapped version with the hanger, brutally stapled to the top of the module:
It's only $10. I've got one from the burntwires privately some time ago, and paid $15, which I considered a fair deal.

Oh well, I guess you're right.
