Probably a second print. The "Distributed exclusively by TSR Hobbies, Inc. R" on the bottom of the Title page seems to have been whited-out for this print. The white bar created by information box and the border artwork is crisp and clean in the "Distributed" version above. In this printing the edges of the box are not crisp and clean.
The difference in the white boxes seems pretty conclusive, at least for this particular page. Every other page when comparing the two prints suggests that the Room Key version came first. The date of 1976 in the Room Key, the crispness of the print lines, the overall quality of the printing suggest the Room Key version came first. For example, consider the blank map page:
TSR Distributed version:
Room Key version:
Obviously, the print quality of the Room Key version is superior, but the Title Page data cannot be ignored. TSR was clearly in mind first, even if everything else suggests a generic supplement. The higher print quality could be a function of the original document being subjected to a new copy machine or printer. The introduction of the Room Key booklet may have been a first step in moving The Dwarven Glory module into a digest format. Whatever the actual case may be, The Room Key version, like the DMG 2nd Alpha, is much rarer than its predecessor.
