Some of the top priced rpg (non wargaming) mags/zines that I can think of...
1) Doomsday Magazine ? geez I can only think of the couple that were up on ebay and sold for insane amounts $1000us? (I tried to forget how much they actually sold for .. sure someone here remembers).. I own none of these and not really interested in them myself for the price they command..
2) Warpstone #1 (approx $300us??) Still after this one and issue #2
3) Dragon #1 (approx $300us?) Still after this (not in that much of a hurry)
4) Space Gamer #1 (approx $150us?) Still after this one (last one for me to get I think)
5) Wyrms Footnoes #1 with the game pieces in plastic bag still (approx $200us?) Still aftee this and issue 2...
5) Dagon early issues are unseen on ebay, I think some were sold a couple of years before I took interest in them for approx 100uk pounds each ($200us) I think that there would be a feeding frenzy if some of these hit the market (The earliest issue I own is issue 9 and thats there earliest issue I have seen for sale)
Thats prob most of the $100us+ ones that I can think of off the top of my head... prob a couple more like the Stragegic Previews, Unspeakable Oath #1..
Id be interested to hear what some of the Wargame mags go for, Since I have little interest in them I don't follow them but would be interested in a comparison...

Per that recent auction realisation post on WB&RM; yep, an easy $200, possibly $250 for #1 in that condition - which is what they were when a good 1st print WB&RM in envelope could be picked up for $80.

I bid on that and I added a bit of apremium because of the boardgame (which I didn't really want) but I knew that I prob won't have won because of that.. I didn't...

The Spartan #1 that was up recently would have went for a huge chunk of money, but a friend of mine wanted it, so I took a pass. It belongs in the $500-$1K category. _________________ "This is cool."

The smaller-than-digest-sized TUO#1 "test prints" usually sell for $150-250 these days.
Barely scraping $100 it seems, now. There's still a seller with a bundle of those and most of their last few sales fell flat at around $75 (not hitting reserve). Others in private at around the $100 mark.

What about the Domesday Book sales? Or the various IFW newsletters that seem to have been selling for $50-150 each over the past several months?
The two transactions with more than a few copies of Domesday Book aren't public knowledge, nor to the $ paid, I'm afraid.
IFWs still seem to be generally $30-40 for the main run with exceptions only for one-off battles and key articles; both cases spiking to $100 and a bit over. Was clear enough there wasn't much depth in the "fight" when those earlies barely scraped $50.
Early Panzerfausts seem stronger on the whole which wouldn't be too much of a surprise given the longer run and depth of readership, IMHO.

Hmmm, I've missed these completely then, unless they're offline sales??
