Same as above except map is folded into 12 panels of equal size and has a numbered grid. Also, the copyright 'c' is very faint. A gridded map is believed to have been issued with MERP supplements 2003, 2100, and 2200. The faint 'c' appears in the 1st edition of 2100. Confirmation is needed here.
