This module really does require ownership of the citystate (Tarracina Port), it is keyed to people and places within the City. I guess given enough time it could be modified to any citystate.

The printer made a mistake and I got I think 10 yellow ones. Most of them are blue over. The same info is inside both.

Mine does have the clear cover as well. It is signed and numbered 970 in black ink. Kent, keeps a record of who he has sold them to and by looking up 970 he contacted the original purchaser who says ...
