The Tome of Treasures Rating:
For the price of a Crown of Stars the sorceress Meredith agrees with the high priests of Unipaxala, to rescue
their captured leader. The high priests seem eager to send the apprentice Tember with Meredith.
They rescue Father Pax from the Neogi and their Umber Hulk servants. They visit Krynn (Mishkin, Hoover, Abrams) and meddle with the
affairs of the Tiger Clan Warriors. In an action-rich encounter with these traitorous fighters, they save the lives
of two Tiger Clan Shamans. In another episode they visit Toril after Krynn (Lowder, Morales), where they meet Jasmine, a friend of Meredith.
The final episode (Novak-Grubb, Reed) let's the heroes deal with a gruesome lich and after victory they end up on a desert planet.
(Ralf Toth)
Conclusion: An intriguing introduction of the Spelljammer comic series. Three interesting episodes loosely connected by their
Spelljammer background, in encounters of combat, always full of suspense. Great stuff for fans!
