My latest acquisition are the Form Packs by Adventure Danger & Dragons from 1988. Afterglow2.com has a couple of them listed but is also missing a couple. I can only recall ever seeing these on Ebay once and never a full set.

I have sets of these that still in shrink and other sets that have been opened and are signed by the author.

I am asking $45 per set or $80 for two sets (for those that want one signed and one in shrink or just multiple sets).

Shipping to the US for one set is $13 by Air or $11 by Surface.
Shipping to the US for two sets is between $16 and $20 depending on which state you are in.
Shipping worldwide for one set is $32 by Air or $14 by Surface.
Shipping worldwide fot two sets is $50 by Air or $21 by Surface.

All of these methods include insurance and delivery confirmation.

Shipping within Canada is dependent on what province you are in but it will be $13 or less.
